Sourav Ghosh is a Multiple Times National Medallist in Table tennis & holds the record for being the youngest ever Faculty of the Art of Living organization- at the age of 18. He currently runs a Sports Training & Tournaments company named Sports Reconnect which has been voted as Top-10 Sports Startups in India and has also produced a Commonwealth Gold Medallist
He is also a prodigious Yoga and Meditation teacher. He took this route after being inspired by the ideals and teachings of H.H Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar. Over the last decade, he has taught & mentored over 20000 youngsters, helping them live their full potential.
An engineer by qualification and an alumnus of VESIT & IIM Lucknow, he has the knack for excelling in everything he takes up. He has been a recipient of numerous awards and mementos. One of the key aspects he excels at is teamwork. He has shown this prowess by organizing more than 500 mega-scale events and tournaments.
He is also a travel and adventure enthusiast. And keeps on partaking in new experiences and sharing his learnings from them.

An entrepreneur from a very young age, Sourav currently runs a successful Sports Ed Business. “Sports Reconnect” is the sports venture wherein the focus is on grooming sporting talents, reigniting the love for sports amongst people by providing a platform to indulge in sports and easily accessible high-quality sports training.
Sports Reconnect was featured as one of the Top-10 Indian Sports Start-ups It has already delivered a CWG gold medal for the country.
The team continues to work with integrity and passion and aims to deliver an Olympic Gold medallist in the near future. Sports Reconnect has also conducted more than 300 Sports Tournaments & Events for more than 3 Lakh people. They include DSO Sports Championships of 50000 people, KVO Olympia of 12800 people amongst others.
In the current online scenario, Sourav has led more than 200 Online employee engagement sessions in various domains for esteemed corporates like Airbus , Club Mahindra, NCDEX , Sony India , SBI etc
